*Return Window:* 7 days from delivery date

*Eligibility:*

- Return accepted for:

    - Wrong size/color

    - Damaged product

    - Wrong product delivered

*Return Process:*

1. Customer shares images of the product

2. For "different product delivered" claims, customer must provide unboxing video with original packaging

3. No cuts or edits allowed in the video

4. Return request reviewed by our team (24-48 hours)

*Return Approval:*

- If approved, customer will see return option in "My Orders" section

- Delivery boy will collect the product within 24-48 hours

*Refund:*

- Full refund for eligible returns

- Coupon code for order value can be provided for future purchases

*Return Rejection:*

- If return request is found invalid or product is not as claimed, return may be rejected

*Tips:*

- Please keep original packaging and ensure product is in original condition

- Unboxing video is mandatory for "different product delivered" claims
