We accept returns only if the product is damaged or defective. To initiate a return, you must provide a clear and unedited video of the product being unboxed, showing the damage or defect. This video must be shot from start to finish, without any editing or cuts.

*Important:* Photos of the product after unboxing will not be accepted as proof of damage or defect. Only unboxing videos will be considered for returns.

If the video meets our requirements, we'll process the return and provide a refund/exchange as per our policy. Returns without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted." 

*Refund Policy*

- If you return a product, we will provide a refund within 24 hours.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

*Wrong or Damaged Product*

- If you receive a wrong or damaged product, we will provide a coupon code for your next purchase.

- The coupon code value will be equal to the original order value.
